DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are applied per order and will be displayed during checkout.

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 50
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 100

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually confirmed and processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only payment method available at Bag Station.

We are working to introduce secure online payment options in the near future to provide a more convenient shopping experience.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we always strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier operations, weather conditions, traffic, or public holidays.

Bag Station is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once an order has been dispatched.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

• Instant return at the time of delivery if the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
• 2-day exchange from the date of delivery for eligible products, subject to our Exchange Policy.
